To achieve the highest accomplishments within the scope of our capabilities in all walks of life we must constantly strive to acquire strong, healthy bodies and develop our minds to the limits of our capabilities

My Pilates Story

When I discovered Pilates in 2001, I was amazed at how quickly my balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination improved. Inspired by the changes in my body, I decided to pursue Mat and Equipment Teaching Certifications through The Kane School of Core Integration (now called Kinected) in NYC, one of the most distinguished training institutes in the US. I taught at Erika Bloom Pilates before moving to North Carolina 2009. In NC, I taught at the award-winning studio InsideOut Body Therapies. I also co-created the Pilates program at Duke University and taught there for six years. Through my tenure as a Pilates teacher in NC I cultivated long-term relationships with many clients, including several in-home clients. Since moving to Berlin I have continued teaching Pilates at studios in Friedrichshain, Mitte, and Schöneberg. I have worked with the young, aged, healthy, recovering, active, idle, prenatal, postnatal, experienced, and inexperienced. I have maintained a Pilates practice through the years and continue to find inspiration in all that it offers!
